PFI Deal of the Year 2019

Project Finance International honored Kirkland & Ellis with the “Americas Power Deal of the Year” as part of its annual PFI Awards. Kirkland was noted for its work on behalf of KKR in the $900 million acquisition financing of an equity interest in a newly-formed partnership with NEP that owns a geographically diverse portfolio of 10 utility scale wind and solar projects across the United States. The award will be presented at the 2019 PFI Awards Dinner in London on February 5, 2020.
