Kirkland Represents Multiples Alternate Asset Management on the Completion of its Inaugural Multi-Asset Continuation Fund

Kirkland & Ellis represented the private equity firm Multiples Alternate Asset Management on the completion of its inaugural multi-asset continuation fund to continue its partnership with Vastu, APAC and Quantiphi. The lead investor consortium, which includes HarbourVest Partners, LGT Capital Partners, Hamilton Lane and TPG NewQuest, provided capital for the acquisition of the portfolio by the continuation fund. The transaction offered existing investors the option to generate full or partial liquidity at an attractive return as well as the ability to reinvest all or a portion their net proceeds from the transaction.
