Kirkland Advises Antin on Further Investment in CityFibre

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Antin Infrastructure Partners (“Antin”) on CityFibre’s £2.3 billion financing round, including new equity investments by Antin, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Mubadala Investment Company and Interogo Holding. 

CityFibre is the UK’s largest independent full fibre platform and the financing will accelerate the next phase of its growth and support its role in providing critical digital infrastructure across the UK.
