Kirkland Advises Wilshire on Acquisition of ParkLexington

Kirkland & Ellis advised Wilshire Advisors LLC, a leading global financial services firm, on the acquisition of ParkLexington Advisors, LLC, a data and analytics firm focused on improving fund and investment firm operations, profitability and performance. Through this transaction, Wilshire will meaningfully expand its data, cost transparency and analytics capabilities for all clients. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
