Kirkland Counsels Alpine Investors on Launch of Oakline Properties Platform and Acquisition of Cirrus Asset Management, Inc.
Kirkland & Ellis advised Alpine Investors on the launch of Oakline Properties, a newly formed platform focused on partnering with and scaling property and association management businesses across the United States. In connection with the launch, Kirkland also advised Alpine and Oakline Properties on their acquisition of Cirrus Asset Management, Inc., a property and asset management firm overseeing more than 20,000 units and a portfolio valued at over $7 billion.
