While in Bachelor Gulch, we will be staying at The Ritz‑Carlton Bachelor Gulch, located in Avon. Hotel assignments will be sent to registered attendees on Wednesday, January 4.
As part of the 2023 Energy & Ski Conference, Kirkland & Ellis provides all of its guests with accommodations at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch for Sunday, January 8 through Wednesday, January 11. All breakfasts and dinners for the duration of the conference will also be provided.
If you plan to arrive before Sunday afternoon, January 8, or depart after Wednesday afternoon, January 11, you will be responsible for your own accommodations for those nights. Please let us know if you have already made arrangements for a room at The Ritz‑Carlton Bachelor Gulch, and we will do our best to keep you in the same room for the nights of the conference.
The hotel offers complimentary use of their fitness centers, outdoor pools and hot tubs.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi. We will also have a private business center set up in the Smith Boardroom at The Ritz‑Carlton for any business needs you may have. All Ritz‑Carlton hotel keys will have access to the business center.
Attendees of the Kirkland & Ellis 2023 Energy & Infrastructure Ski Conference are responsible for their own air and ground transportation to and from Bachelor Gulch/Beaver Creek Village.
If flying into Eagle County Regional Airport or Denver International Airport, a good shuttle service is Epic Mountain Express. Please book through this link to receive our group discounted rate.
You should not need a car once you arrive at the resort, as transportation will be provided for all Kirkland activities.
Attendees of the Kirkland & Ellis 2023 Energy & Infrastructure Ski Conference will be responsible for their own lift tickets and equipment rentals.
You can reserve equipment prior to the conference through Ski Rentals in Beaver Creek. Make sure to select the Bachelor Gulch location. Complimentary ski valet will be offered at The Ritz‑Carlton.

Two-Time Olympic skier Kaylin Richardson will join this year to host her signature ski clinics on Monday and Tuesday.
Dress throughout the weekend will be very informal. Do not forget to bring your sunglasses and strong sunblock.
Bachelor Gulch is a ski resort located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. With 2,082 acres of skiable terrain, Beaver Creek Mountain is one of the largest ski areas in the world.
