Dispute Resolution
In the event that a dispute arises between Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and clients of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, mediation out of court can be requested with the Bar Chamber of Munich and the Bar Chamber of Frankfurt (pursuant to Sec 73 para 2 no. 3 with Sec 73 para 5 of the Federal Regulations for Attorneys (BRAO)) or the Federal Bar Chamber (pursuant to Sec 191f of the Federal Regulations for Attorneys (BRAO)).
