University of Miami School of Law 43rd Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning

The University of Miami School of Law will host its 43rd Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.  This event will address topics such as "Planning for the Unknown for 2010 and Beyond: Carryover Basis and No Estate Tax or a Revised Wealth Transfer Tax System," and "Using Partnership Profits Interests as a Business Succession/Employee Compensation Strategy."
