VALCON 2021

American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors will host the VALCON 2021 virtually May 5-13, 2021. This year’s program will span five days over two weeks, focusing on key industries and the top issues they currently face and will face in the near future.

Two Kirkland partners have been invited to participate in the event. Nicole Greenblatt will be a panelist in the “Lender-on-Lender Violence and Its Impact on Valuation Controversies” session and Alexandra Schwarzman will be a panelist in the “Chesapeake Case Study” session.
