On April 26, 2022, the Practising Law Institute (PLI) will present How to Prepare an Initial Public Offering 2022. The New York program, which will be held at the PLI New York Center, will focus on the key elements of an IPO and highlight issues presented by new regulations and the current state of the market. Kirkland attorneys Sophia Hudson and Kate Vera will participate in the session. This program is designed for both in-house and outside counsel, as well as executives, accountants and others interested in gaining an in-depth view of the process of preparing an initial public offering.
