Northwestern Pritzker School of Law will host the 44th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute taking place in Chicago on September 26–27, 2024.
Kirkland partner Shaun Mathew will serve as session chair for the “Activism Preparedness: A Tabletop Exercise” session. The interactive session will walk through a live simulation and discuss best practices for preparedness and a successful response and defense at various stages.
Kirkland partner David Foster will speak on the panel “Supreme Court: The Aftermath of Loper.” The panel will discuss the Loper Bright v. Raimondo decision and potential impacts on future policy and areas of focus.
