Since joining Kirkland, Victoria has been involved in the following representative matters:

• Represented Blue Owl in $3.4 billion joint venture with Crusoe Energy Systems LLC for the development of a 200 MW AI data center located in Texas and long-term leased to a Fortune 100 hyperscale tenant.
• Represented Blue Owl in $711 million joint venture for development of a 60 MW AI/HPC data center located in Northern Virginia, leased to CoreWeave Inc.
• Represented private equity fund in the acquisition, joint venture and financing of $160 million shopping mall.
• Represented asset management firm in acquisition of a controlling interest in $1.2 billion portfolio of net-leased hospitals located in Utah.
• Represented private equity firm in a platform joint venture with a sovereign wealth fund, under which the members made aggregate capital commitments of $300 million.
• Represented investment firm in an $850 million joint venture for acquisition and development of build-to-rent projects.
• Represented developer in a $82 million joint venture for development of a student housing project located in California.
• Represented investment firm in a $230 million joint venture and loan for acquisition and development of planned community in Arizona.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Victoria was involved in the following representative matters:

• Represented a developer in several purchase and development agreements with builders and joint ventures related to build to rent housing and large residential planned developments nation-wide.
• Represented a real estate investment company in the acquisition of several office buildings and industrial complexes.
• Represented an energy company in connection with a $100 million financing secured by a portfolio of gas stations in several states.
• Represented a car dealership in connection with the leasing and later disposition of 12 car dealerships in Texas.
• Represented multinational energy and manufacturing company in connection with the disposition of several assets world-wide.
• Represented commercial real estate developers and investors in financing and acquisitions of real property.
