Shivangi Agarwalla is an investments funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Her practice focuses on the formation, operation and regulatory compliance of private equity funds and other investment vehicles.   • Temasek (Singapore) (India leg of the transaction) on its acquisition of 30% shareholding in Haldor Topsoe A/s, including its Indian subsidiary Haldor Tapsoe India Private Limited

Investment Funds

  • Meritz Financial Group, Korea on their investment platform with Edelweiss Group with targeted corpus of USD 425 million focused on providing last mile financing for real estate projects
