Her experience includes advising procurers and sponsors on high-profile large projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ruba also advised lenders in relation to complex finance transactions, including major in-Kingdom project financing.

Represented Mandated Lead Arrangers in connection with a SAR 2.15 billion Islamic project financing for the construction of a new petrochemical project
Represented a major oil company as procurer in relation to structuring, tendering, development and financing of multiple residential camp projects.
Represented procurer in relation to structuring and tendering an ISTP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Represented lenders as Saudi counsel in relation to two Tamasuk NEOM residential community projects.
Representation in relation to the structuring, drafting and negotiations of establishment of a fund to provide indirect financing through a group of SAMA licensed financing companies.
Represented a Saudi Arabian government procurer in relation to the tendering, development, financing, operation and maintenance of a health care center.
Represented sponsors in relation to development and financing of the Makkah ISTP project.
Represented procurer in relation to the Sudair solar project, Jeddah PV IPP project and Rabigh IPP project.
Represented sponsors as Saudi counsel in relation to the Wadi Ad Dawasir Solar IPP.
Represented of a Saudi Arabian government fund in relation to acquisition of legacy loan in respect of a SAR 2.5 billion tranche.

Represented developer in relation to the renewal of a concession to rebuilt, operate and transfer of Jeddah South Container Terminal.
