Gabe Almario is an associate in the Environmental Transactions Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Gabe’s practice focuses on the intersection of environmental law with a variety of business transactions, including corporate mergers, acquisitions, real estate developments and investments, financing transactions and restructuring matters.
