Alaina Altman is an associate in the Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations Practice Group in the Miami office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on government and internal investigations, compliance matters and white collar defense.

  • VanCleave v. Abbott Laboratories. Represent Abbott in action in the Superior Court for the State of California challenging Abbott’s labeling statements on its PediaSure products.
  • Represent Facebook in lawsuit brought by the Washington Attorney General concerning digital advertising.
  • Represent telecommunications and media company in pre-litigation contract dispute.
