Juliet Anderson is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, based in the New York office. Juliet focuses her practice on representing private equity and other alternative asset managers in fundraising, governance, organizational structure, internal operations, regulatory compliance and related matters. Juliet’s experience includes advising clients on fund formation, capital raising and operation of private investment funds and their management companies, marketing and placement agent arrangements, co-investment vehicles, fund restructurings and continuation vehicles, secondary sales, fund liquidations, investment adviser registration, compliance policies, regulatory investigations and exams, carried interest arrangements and succession planning.
