Carolina Barry-Laso is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Carolina advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the establishment, structuring and operation of international private funds, with a primary focus on real estate, infrastructure and credit funds. She also has experience of related carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.
In addition to fund sponsors, Carolina’s clients have also included sovereign wealth funds making anchor investments in new funds / platforms.
