Dan Borg is a leading debt finance partner who has close to twenty years’ experience advising top-tier financial sponsors, their portfolio companies and other borrowers in a wide range of complex cross-border financing transactions. Dan’s areas of focus include leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations, public and private holdco financings, as well as liability management transactions and restructurings. Dan advises numerous top-tier financial sponsors and has structured, negotiated and implemented market leading financing mandates for Kirkland’s clients in matters across Europe, the U.S. and Asia.
