Overview

Chris Brassfield is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on merger and conduct litigation, government investigations, including Second Requests, and antitrust counseling. Chris has worked with clients in industries including life sciences technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, distribution, private equity and retail. He has also guided clients in merger strategy, HSR analyses and regulatory filings.

Before joining Kirkland & Ellis Chris was an associate at one of the top antitrust firms in the country. He received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.
