Overview

Seth Cannon is a litigation associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has served as counsel for sophisticated clients in complex commercial litigation involving a broad array of subject areas, including securities litigation, derivative litigation, class-action defense, products liability, contractual disputes and antitrust. Before joining Kirkland, Seth served as a law clerk to Judge John B. Nalbandian of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Justice Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court.
