Guillemette advises and represents fund managers in relation to the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, with a primary focus on private equity, infrastructure, venture capital and credit funds, and on carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.

Advising I Squared Capital in the formation of ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, a $15 billion infrastructure fund, and ISQ Global Markets Infrastructure Fund, a $2.5 billion infrastructure fund
Advising Blackstone in the formation of Blackstone Green Private Credit Fund III (BGREEN III), a $7.1 billion energy transition credit fund
