Shirley Chan is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Shirley has a broad complex commercial litigation practice and represents clients in civil and bankruptcy matters in state and federal courts across the country. Shirley has extensive trial experience and has litigated a wide range of cases, including disputes involving structured products, trade secrets, consumer protection, mass torts, contract disputes and antitrust actions. She has also represented entities and individuals in internal investigations and enforcement proceedings.
