Overview

Sabrina Chartrand is an investment funds associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sabrina has advised various private equity sponsors and investment managers on all aspects related to their business, including private investment fund formations, capital raising, regulatory and compliance matters, operational issues and other complex business transactions. She has also advised sponsors in connection with continuation funds and other liquidity solutions transactions.

Sabrina’s experience also includes advising private fund sponsors on matters relating to single investor funds, separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, alternative investment vehicles and limited partner transfers. Her experience also includes representing institutional investors in connection with investments in private equity funds. 

She has represented sponsors of private equity, energy, infrastructure, credit, real estate and strategic growth funds in forming private investment funds ranging in size from several hundred million to multibillion dollars.
