Ryan Chastain is a construction and projects associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ryan's practice focuses on energy infrastructure project development. He has experience in preparing and negotiating agreements pertaining to a broad range of energy transactions and projects, including engineering, construction and procurement (EPC) contracts and related development agreements for the supply, maintenance and operation of major equipment. Ryan has represented project sponsors, owners and developers in a wide range of projects throughout the U.S. in a broad range of energy sectors including oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, power generation and renewables (battery storage, solar and wind).
