Vanessa Cheuk is an associate in the Litigation Team at Kirkland & Ellis’ Hong Kong office. She has experience with a range of litigation, international arbitration and regulatory matters. Her past litigation cases include shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and insolvency-related proceedings. In terms of arbitration, she has advised clients on intellectual property, contract and tort disputes under the UNCITRAL and HKIAC rules. She has also assisted banks with investigations from the Securities and Futures Commission.
Vanessa graduated from the University of Cambridge with a B.A. in law, receiving an Exhibition for academic achievement. She is trilingual in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
