Gabrielle (Gabi) Chiu is an investment funds partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Gabrielle advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds, with a primary focus on private equity, special opportunity, infrastructure and real estate funds. Gabrielle also has experience of related carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.
Gabrielle also has extensive experience in advising Australian and global fund managers, alternative investment managers and financial institutions on all aspects of funds management, fund formation, investment management and funds related M&A transactions.
