John Christian is a litigation partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. John's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, in which he represents a diverse range of entities, corporate officers and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. He regularly works on cases involving contract disputes, fiduciary duties, fraud, tortious interference and trade secret misappropriation across numerous industries. John engages in all stages of his clients' cases, from initial fact development to mediation and trial.
Since 2019, John has served on the Board of Directors for Prism Health North Texas, the largest nonprofit HIV/AIDS service organization in North Texas providing HIV care, STI and HIV testing, transgender care and related services.
