Justin Coddington is an employee benefits partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has significant experience advising clients with respect to employee benefits matters. His practice is focused primarily on advising clients on employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions. He also has significant experience in the design, implementation and administration of all types of employee benefit plans, including 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, ESOPs, pension plans, cash balance plans and welfare benefit plans.
