Dominique Collins is an executive compensation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dom has experience with executive compensation matters in various transactional and advisory contexts, which encompass restructurings, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other strategic acquisitions. Dom’s practice includes the intersectionality among tax, securities, corporate governance and finance issues, as they each relate to structuring, drafting and implementing management equity or equity-based, short-term incentive, deferred compensation, severance and other executive compensation arrangements and programs.
