Overview

Paige Comparato is a litigation partner in the Miami office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Paige’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation and complex business disputes across a broad range of industries. She has significant experience handling business torts and contract disputes, class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection litigation, intellectual property litigation and product liability actions. Paige has successfully advised clients through all stages of litigation, spanning pre-suit investigations through trials and appeals. Paige works zealously to navigate and resolve highly publicized matters before federal or state trial courts, appellate courts and government agencies.

Paige graduated first in her class from the University of Miami School of Law, following undergraduate degrees with distinction at UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition to building her litigation practice, she has established herself as a leader in the Florida legal community. Paige was elected by Miami-Dade County Young Lawyers to represent them on the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. She serves as a Vice Chair of the statewide Federal Court Practice Committee of the Florida Bar and serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Miami Law Alumni Association, among other roles.
