Overview

Sarah Craig is a partner in Kirkland’s Boston office who focuses on intellectual property litigation. Sarah has litigated cases in federal and state courts throughout the country, including trademark infringement, false advertising, patent infringement, trade secret, and product liability litigation. Sarah also has experience both bringing and defending actions before the National Advertising Division (the "NAD") of the Better Business Bureau, and with maintaining, protecting and enforcing clients’ trademark portfolios at the PTO. Sarah’s cases have covered a wide range of technologies, products, and industries, including consumer products, telecommunications, medical implants, automotive, and insurance.

Sarah graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law and earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sarah worked in marketing for an information technology research and advisory company.
