Margaret Cross is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Margaret’s practice focuses on complex civil disputes in federal and state courts across the country. Her recent experience includes data breach class action defense and commercial litigation in the energy and healthcare sectors. She has also represented nonprofit and religious organizations filing briefs as amici curiae.
