Eliza T. Davis is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Eliza focuses her practice on eDiscovery, information governance and data privacy. She helps clients navigate the complex legal and technological challenges arising from all aspects of eDiscovery, including preservation, collection, review and production. She also advises clients on best practices related to information governance, defensible disposition, data privacy compliance and other issues that arise at the intersection of law and technology.
