Kayla Davis is an employment and labor partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kayla primarily practices transactional employment and labor law by assisting clients on national and international corporate transactions, counseling clients on post-acquisition and restructuring-related issues, and negotiating and drafting complex employment-related agreements. Kayla also counsels clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, union matters, employment-related policies, and other labor and employment issues.
