Fiona is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Fiona represents and advises clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds, with a focus on private equity (including growth and venture capital).
Fiona also has experience of related carried interest and co-investment arrangements, and has advised sovereign wealth funds and pension funds on their investments in a range of private investment funds.
