Dominic Duchesne

Dom Duchesne is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is a member of the Debt Finance Practice Group. He advises corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and other participants in connection with financing transactions, both secured and unsecured, including cross-border and domestic financings, acquisition financings, asset based lendings and other banking matters. Dom has experience advising financial institutions in derivatives and other structured products.
