Sholto Dugdale is an associate in Kirkland’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group in London. Sholto has experience with complex intellectual property litigation within the UK and globally. He has also advised on transactional intellectual property matters both in private practice and in-house while on secondment. Sholto has advised on intellectual property matters across a variety of sectors including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, consumer products and brands.
