Trial, appellate and litigation experience in antitrust, contract, business tort, product liability, insurance coverage, employment, general business and other litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as in arbitration, including:
- Appellate arguments before the Eighth Circuit, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the First and Third Districts of the Illinois Appellate Courts.
- Trial experience in Federal District Court in Illinois, Minnesota and New Jersey, and Illinois state court.
- Arbitration experience in reinsurance arbitration in Illinois.
Merger & Acquisition due diligence experience, with an emphasis on analysis of the target's litigation history.
