Overview

Andrew Farrington is an associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations Practice Group. Andrew represents broker-dealers, investment advisers, public and private companies and their individuals in investigations and enforcement proceedings prompted by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), FINRA and alleged “whistleblowers.” These matters often involve the securities laws, including claims of false statements, financial fraud, insider trading and market manipulation.

In addition to his practice, Andrew serves on Kirkland’s Boston office’s Associate Committee and on the Boston Bar Association’s New Lawyers Executive Steering Committee.
