Overview

Josh Fordin is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Miami office. Recently recognized by the Florida Legal Awards as a lawyer “On the Rise,” he has litigated high stakes disputes across industries, from private equity and technology to professional sports. Josh is a trial lawyer who handles all aspects of litigation and appears regularly in both federal and state courts around the country. He has significant experience managing international disputes and corporate internal investigations, and his practice also includes advising clients concerning litigation risk.

Josh serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Keiser University, the largest private nonprofit university in Florida. He was also named to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s “40 Under 40” for his charitable contributions.
