Brent Gage is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Brent’s practice focuses on the structuring, formation, regulatory compliance and operation of private equity funds and their management companies.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Brent worked as a funds associate in Palo Alto, California, focusing primarily on the formation and operation of venture capital funds.
