Justin Gardner

Justin Gardner is the Strategy and Operations Partner for the Investment Funds Team in London. He has been instrumental in establishing the infrastructure that has supported the growth of the Investment Funds Team in London from 15 to over 150 legal staff (2015–2022), and is responsible for the establishment and management of the department’s extensive paralegal team (from zero to over 30 members, 2017–2022). Justin oversees the efficient delivery of legal services and continuous improvement of client experience, much of the team’s day-to-day operational management, as well as the team’s data and technology initiatives, and the continuing development of its knowledge and learning platform. He has over a decade of private fund formation and investment management experience gained through the post Global Financial Crisis boom in the Asia-Pacific private equity market, advising on many of the largest fundraisings in the region.
