Overview
Alexander Gelski is a partner in the Government & Internal Investigations Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Alexander assists companies and their senior officers and directors to investigate, mitigate, defend and advise on enforcement, compliance and regulatory matters. He also advises companies on workplace investigations and compliance programs.
Alexander has completed in-house secondments to the enforcement and investigation divisions of two bulge bracket banks focusing on financial products and employment related matters.
Alexander is admitted to practice in New York, England & Wales and Australia (NSW). He has acted on matters involving domestic regulators and agencies such as the SEC, DOJ, CFTC, FINRA, FERC, and international counterparts including ASIC, FCA, AMF and BaFin.
Alexander is a member of the New York Kirkland Pride affinity group leadership team.
