Overview

Akhil Gola is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on high-stakes disputes at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts across the country. Akhil has represented and counseled clients in matters involving a broad array of subject areas, including class actions, antitrust, trade secret misappropriation, contracts, torts and constitutional law.

Akhil clerked for the Honorable D. Michael Fisher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable J. Frederick Motz of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He graduated in the top 1% of his class at Georgetown Law while working full time as a technology consultant. Prior to joining Kirkland, Akhil was a litigation associate at Williams & Connolly LLP.
