Overview

Chris Grady is a corporate attorney in Kirkland’s Chicago office. Chris represents private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in connection with structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, “take-private” transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, recapitalizations, executive compensation and incentive equity matters, and other general corporate matters. Chris has handled matters on behalf of Bain Capital, GTCR, Thomas H. Lee Partners, Varsity Healthcare Partners and Incline Equity Partners as well as many of their portfolio companies.
