Overview

Jordan Greene is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents companies in internal and governmental investigations, as well as civil litigation at the trial and appellate level. Before joining Kirkland, Jordan served as a law clerk to Judge Britt C. Grant of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Prior to his legal career, Jordan spent six years as an Intelligence Analyst in the Federal Bureau of Investigation handling counterintelligence matters.
