Representative Matters
Prior to joining Kirkland, Lucy worked on the following representative matters:
Advising a bank on the private warehouse and public securitization financing of data centre assets (the first of its kind in EMEA).
Advising a leading family office on a USD 1.5 billion refinancing of a property portfolio including luxury hotels in London, Rome and Beverly Hills and a luxury residential development in New York.
Advising the joint venture of US and European real estate private equity funds on the GBP 500 million financing of the acquisition of a European hospitality business.
Advising a bank on a c. GBP 525 million loan financing and refinancing on the largest data centre in the UK.
Advising a lender on ongoing loan-on-loan financings secured against retail, office, hospitality and residential real estate in Ireland and England.
Advising a debt fund on a EUR 113 million financing secured against a Belgium commercial asset.
Advising an investment firm on its c. GBP 1 billion acquisition of four central London hotels.
