Jackie Heffernan is an employment & labor partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.  Jackie has diverse experience counseling public and private companies on issues related to federal, state and local labor and employment laws, including in the context of U.S. and multijurisdictional corporate transactions; drafting of employment-related agreements, policies and procedures; harassment and discrimination; reductions in force; union issues; internal investigations; and the resolution of employment-related disputes.
