Sean Hickey is a debt finance associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other borrowers in connection with a wide range of complex financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based loan facilities, mezzanine and subordinated financings and other debt financing matters.
Before joining Kirkland, Sean worked at a Boston law firm advising banks, private credit institutions and corporate borrowers in debt financing transactions, and as a data scientist developing algorithms for a digital streaming service to provide regular recommendations for new music based on the tastes and behavior of end users.
